Thomas Carpenter, owner of Thin Blue Line Home Inspections, is a licensed home inspector with the State of Florida and a nationally certified home inspector from International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He is dedicated to providing buyers, homeowners, and Realtors with a thorough 400-point home inspections they can count on. He is also certified with the American Home Inspector Training Institute, using the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards - the oldest and most reputable standards in the home inspection industry.
Thomas Carpenter enjoyed a 25 year law enforcement and military career, he then ran a successful martial arts business for 15 years in the Lakewood Ranch Florida area, before retiring . A lifetime of small home handyman jobs and 5 years of commercial apartment maintenance made home inspections a perfect fit for Thomas's next career. Thomas Carpenter is certified through the American Society of Home Inspectors (www.ashi.org), he has passed the National Home Inspector Examination and the Florida State Licensing exam.
